Fee Protection Statement
Swiss Institute Australia complies with ASQA Outcome Standards regarding fee protection. No more than $1,500 is collected from any student prior to course commencement. Remaining fees are invoiced progressively throughout the course.

Hospitality qualification fees depend on your pathway (blended delivery vs RPL), credit transfer from prior qualifications, and whether you are enrolling in a single qualification or the full packaged pathway. We provide a personalised fee quote during your Pre-Training Review so you know exactly what you'll pay before committing.

Refund Policy
Summary
- Full refund if Swiss Institute cancels a course
- Pro-rata refund for withdrawal before commencement (less admin fee)
- Pro-rata refund for withdrawal after commencement based on proportion of course completed
- Full details provided in your student agreement before enrolment
- Cooling-off period applies
All students are informed of total course cost, payment schedule, and refund conditions before enrolment is confirmed.
Funding
Swiss Institute Australia is a full-fee provider. We do not currently offer VET Student Loans or government-subsidised places. All fees are set by Swiss Institute Australia and are payable by the student.
